International Policy

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to familiarize themselves with city, state, and national laws in regards to the shipment of purchased goods. Silver Post will not accept responsibility for any items confiscated by customs officials or quarantine agencies. We cannot ship these exotic leathers outside the U.S.: American Alligator, Anteater (Pangolin), Antelope, Caiman, Crocodile, Deer, Elk, Frog, Hippo, Kangaroo, Lizard, Moose, Ostrich, Sea Turtle, Shark, Stingray, Toad.

We cannot ship certain materials to California and outside the U.S. including: Exotic Leathers: Elephant, Python, Cobra and Western Rattlesnake, Bear Claws or animal Teeth.

Authenticity Policy

Many of our products are hand made by Native Americans. Many of our artists cannot legally call their work Native American made, despite their birth and heritage. The US government has a law and system of obtaining proper tribal registration and identification. While most of our Native American artists have the proper registration and census number, some do not. At the bottom of each product description you will see if the product includes a Certificate Of Authenticity proving that the product is Native American made. If you would like to request more information regarding any of our products, please email us. In the absence of certification, Silver Post does not warrant or represent that a product is an authentic Native American Artifact, Art, or Craft as defined in the laws of the State of Nevada, the laws of the United States, or the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Computer monitor images may appear differently according to the specification of each monitor and Silver Post cannot be held responsible for any color differences due to monitor color calibration.

Payment Policy

For payment we accept the following: PayPal (with confirmed address), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. All orders are charged soon after they are received, regardless of shipping date and we do this to prevent overdrafts in your account, and to minimize lost time and costs in the case of insufficient funds.

Pricing and Ordering Policy

Pricing on silverpostusa.com is shown in United States Dollars (USD). Sales tax (when applicable), and shipping and handling will be added to the total cost of your purchase. References or descriptions of products or services on the website do not constitute a warrantee. We will not be held responsible for any errors in the description of a product, however, we will do our best to correct errors in a timely manner. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of an order, or to refuse service to a customer at any time without notification. We reserve the right to discontiue or change prices on products and services, or to change specifications of a product without notice. Even after the reciept of order and recieving confirmation, we reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order. A confirmation or receipt does not constitute Silver Post's acceptance of any order.
We carry many Native American made items, as well as items made in the United States of America. Due to customer demand, we also carry items that are not Native American as well as items that are made in different parts of the world. Because of this, Silver Post is able to offer such a wide variety of products at the best possible price. We do not guarantee that any of our items are authentic Indian art or craft as defined by the laws of the State of Nevada or the laws of any jurisdiction.
Prior to shipping products, we make sure that it is in the best condition that is possible. This may include but not be limited to removing any price tags or stickers and polishing any jewelry. We reserve the right to remove stickers, price tags, packaging, or writing at our descretion when needed.
If any of our products are listed with a price that is not correct for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order placed for the product listed with an incorrect price, even if the order has been placed and your form of payment charged. If your payment was charged and your order was cancelled or refused, we will issue a credit in the form of payment that was recieved in the amount of your cancelled order. Content can be changed at any time without prior notice. This may include, but is not limited to pricing, graphics, logos, images, text and descriptions.

Account Policy

By creating an account with silverpostusa.com, you agree that your account information and password are your sole responsibility to maintain. Additionally, you agree that it is your responsibility to be financially responsible for use on the entire website. When registering for the website, you agree to provide your name, valid address, valid phone number, valid email address, and valid credit card information when needed.
