Shipping Policy

All shipping is at the discretion of the carrier including delivery dates and times. Depending on the package destination, costs and delivery dates will vary. All orders with upgraded shipping must be placed before 11 a.m. pacific standard time. Silver Post processes orders immediately, and ships Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and does not ship on the weekends. Shipping time begins once the order leaves our store, not the time in which the order is placed. Silver Post will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control such as severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Free Shipping On Qualified Purchases Over $100 Details

Free ground shipping is valid in the Continental U.S. only. Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Additional exclusions may apply. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order. *Regular shipping rates will apply for orders seeking expedited shipping.

Shipping Claims

By purchasing an item or using this site, you agree that all risk of loss and title for any products listed on this site purchased by you and shipped by Silver Post will pass to you once the item reaches the carrier for delivery to your address. It is Silver Post's sole discretion weather an item will be replaced or refunded. In the case of a refund, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment less shipping fees. Any package that is signed for at the billing address will be considered delivered. In the event that an item was lost by the carrier, a refund will be issued as soon as we receive a refund from the carrier. As a service, Silver Post will assume liability for damage or loss in transit or non deliveries within 30 days of shipment date only after receiving a written claim. Assumption of liability will be terminated if a written claim is not postmarked within 30 days.

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted if they are in new, unused condition in the original packaging. Silver Post has sole discretion to determine that the item(s) is in new, unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged, altered, or modified in any way. In the case that an item is deemed ineligible for return, the item will be returned and no refund will be provided.

All item(s) to be returned must be accompanied with the receipt and a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). To request an RA number, please send an email and include full name, order date, and order number. Please allow 48 hours to process your email and to receive an email including your RA number and further instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that Silver Post has no control over banking institutions, and additional days may be required to process and post the transaction to your account. Silver Post will not pay for any return postage, nor refund any shipping charges with any order for any reason.

Silver Post wants you to have a great customer service experience with every custom order, however, there will be no returns or exchanges on custom orders with no exceptions.
